On Mondays, I catch you up on the beautiful gifts — both large and small, hard and comfortable — that God has been giving me.  Start your own One Thousand Gifts adventure by clicking on the banner below.

... making pizza for dinner
... working together with the Best Husband Ever to clean our house
... remembering that I am chosen (and so are you)
... Tuck's Pads
... recognizing uncomfortable times as opportunities for growth
... a great conversation with my dad-in-law about having a heart for God
... sun, for the first time in weeks
... the way the Best Husband Ever smiles at me, eyes dancing, making me feel so blessed
... feeling, for the first time, Baby #2's hand or foot moving against my fingers when I pressed them into my belly

  1. That is one of my favorite feelings in the world...that little movement. Enjoy. I love all of your "gifts".

  2. Beautiful gifts Beth! Cleaning the house together... oh that is wonderful when husbands help isn't it?! :)

  3. Must be magical to feel those gorgeous movements... love to you and bub xoxo

  4. nephews running in circles and screaming to an MC Hammer song.

...friends that pray and have confidence in me, when I can't find it in myself.

...dads that put up drywall screws and teach me how to do the water softener salt.

...wondering if the Best Husband Ever has a brother...Ha.

    1. lol I love the nephews + MC Hammer one. :) And no, the BHE doesn't have a brother -- I think that's one of the reasons he's so great, because he grew up with a bucket of sisters! I, um, know a good guy who is temporarily in Portland who wants to be married, though... When you're ready, though. And after you move here, because you know you want to. ;)

  5. I love this idea! I'm keeping a gratitude journal and quite often had "gratituesday" on a previous blog, maybe time to start it up again...
